TOTVS Logix

Logix is TOTVS's most industrially specialised ERP line. Where Protheus covers manufacturing among many other verticals, Logix was designed specifically for businesses with high operational complexity.

It supports Oracle, SQL Server, and Informix databases, giving it flexibility in enterprise infrastructure environments.

Logix is the most specialised of the four TOTVS ERPs, which means its use cases outside industrial and logistics contexts are limited. Implementation requires consultants with specific Logix expertise, and, like Datasul, the available partner ecosystem is smaller than that of the Protheus market.

Core functionality

• Financial: Full accounts payable and receivable, electronic payment approvals, lease agreements, cash movement, credit and registration, bank transactions, taxes and fees.

• Materials: Electronic procurement approval, supplier evaluation, purchasing, contracts and services, inventory and cost closing, materials planning, goods receipt, imports, outsourcing.

• Sales and billing: Orders, logistics and distribution, billing, sales management and planning, construction sales management, electronic invoicing.

• Business Intelligence: Built-in KPI dashboards; integrates with Oracle, SQL Server, and Informix databases.

Logix is known for granular manufacturing management covering production process control, engineering, and costing.

The system is well-suited to environments with continuous, high-volume production and a need for rigorous operational control.
