TOTVS is Brazil's largest enterprise software company and, by most measures, the dominant ERP provider across Latin America.
The company holds an estimated 46-50% share of the Brazilian ERP market and roughly 30% across the region, according to data cited by TOTVS in its investor filings. It is listed on Brazil's B3 stock exchange and serves companies across all size brackets, from micro-businesses to large enterprises.
ERP offerings
TOTVS maintains a portfolio of four ERPs: Protheus, Datasul, RM, and Logix. These run alongside broader solutions including business Intelligence (TOTVS Gooddata Analytics), HRMS, CRM (Business Performance), workflow and document management (TOTVS Fluig), and a financial services arm called Techfin.
Brazilian fiscal and tax requirements are complex and change frequently. TOTVS's products receive regular updates for Brazilian tax legislation, electronic fiscal obligations (e-NF, e-NFS, SPED), and international accounting standards including IFRS, IAS, US GAAP, and FAS52.
TOTVS operates what it calls the "Fiscal Space" portal, giving customers visibility into legislative updates and their impact on the software.
